The team did an outstanding job facilitating the workshop with energizing exercises, team building elements and creative, agile content work to arrive at co-created team aspirations. We appreciate LEAD’s expertise in transformation and change and can definitely recommend LEAD. It has been a lot of fun and a lasting experience.
I found the June meeting really useful and enjoyable. It helped to flesh out our strategy and helped us see some tangible evidence of projects which have been initiated and properly resourced. I particularly enjoyed the evening task with the modelling clay, and I was amazed at the level of creativity and lateral thinking used to illustrate elements of the strategy.
