Our Personal Deep-Talk for Leaders

The world is getting louder and louder and the pressure on organizations is constantly growing.

Cost pressure. Staff shortages. Constant change.
The ability to think critically and the chance to engage in personal dialogue at eye level are more important than ever.

We are convinced that we need more safe communication spaces. Spaces that focus not on reach, but on resonance and personal dialogue. Where thoughts have a chance to develop and to be considered without out the pressure of perfection. Where the unresolved, the questioning, the imperfect also have their place. Spaces that are more than just stages - but safe places for genuine dialogue.

Critical thinking is a paramount skill for today's leaders

Since the end of 2024, Maj Seider, Annie Faulkner and Ayla Merino have regularly transformed our Kreuzberg offices into a conversational dinner-space for senior leaders.

We call it LEAD & FEED.

The concept aims to create a space for a mixed community of leaders from different sectors and industries to deepen the necessary conversations.

Reinforcing our commitment to providing a platform for leaders to share insights and learn from one another, it fosters a community of mutual support and collective wisdom that aligns with our B Corp commitments to driving meaningful, sustainable, and local impact.

In our latest LEAD & Feed event in March 25, we brought leaders together around the theme "Navigating in the Dark" and delved into the complexities of current leadership through a series of thought-provoking questions.

Here’s a glimpse into the insights and shared experiences that illuminated our discussion:

  • The lack of information, and abundance of disinformation, makes it difficult to navigate decision-making processes with confidence.
  • Hindsight plays a key role in reshaping leaders' understanding of and approaches to challenges, emphasizing the importance of transparency and adaptability in decision-making processes.
  • Environments that encourage experimentation without the fear of failure or the threat of derailing morale are critical.
  • A supportive culture that views failures as steppingstones to innovation and success, ones that are crucial in navigating financial crises such as capital flow challenges, is an absolute necessity.
  • The ability to think critically is essential for effectively addressing undiscussed, yet crucial, themes within their organizations.

LEAD & Feed, the discussions and the insights it fuels, is a powerful format, reminding us of the complexities leaders face today and the resilience required to steer their teams through uncharted waters.
