6. Plugins and tools

Vimeo

Our website uses plugins from the video portal Vimeo. The provider is Vimeo Inc, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

For the creation of individualized leadership profiles, we use the analysis service Qualtrics. This processes and stores the content you enter in a contact form. 7. Data protection leadership compass

Detailed information on data processing when using the Leadership Compass. 

VARIANT 1 (Profile is sent by mail )

Customers complete the Leadership Compass survey via a survey link.

In addition to first and last name, customers provide other personal data: mail address, optional age. In addition, after the survey questions, there is the option to provide further information about the company and the (management) position there. This data about the company is anonymized by LEAD Forward and used in conjunction with the survey questions for further analysis.

The data is stored on the survey platform qualtrics.com.

The data is then downloaded in the form of an Excel spreadsheet and stored on the LEAD Forward server.

Selected data (first and last name, as well as the results of the survey in numerical values) are extracted and imported into a Word document to create a personalized evaluation for the clients. This evaluation is also saved on the server with the customers' name in the document name.

The pdf version of the customers' personal evaluation is then sent to the customers via the info@lead.berlin email address, to the email address provided. A copy of the email is stored in the "Sent" mailbox.

The personal data will be stored for two months after the email has been sent. This storage is in case the evaluation is to be resent. After that the data will be deleted.

VARIANT 2 (Profile is viewed independently via fuehrungsrollen.de)

Customers complete the Leadership Compass survey via a survey link. 

Unlike variant 1, only the customer's email address is requested here. In addition, it is mandatory that the customers assign an alias as well as a password themselves in order to query their own results with it later.  (the alias can be the own name, but also any other alias like MickeyMouse) As with variant 1, there is also the possibility to provide further information about the company and the (management) position there after the survey questions. This data about the company will be anonymized by LEAD Forward and used in conjunction with the survey responses for further analysis.

The data is stored on the survey platform qualtrics.com. In addition, the survey link is connected to the website www.fuehrungsrollen.de via an API interface. This means that as soon as the customers complete the survey, the data is imported to this typo3 website. 

With the help of alias and password, the customers can now log in to their account on the website and view the personal evaluation and also save it as a pdf using the print option.

Additional information: The e-mail address is only requested in variant 2 in order to have a unique information per customer for importing the data to the website. (If, for example: two customers happen to choose the same alias, the data could otherwise not be uniquely assigned). However, no emails will be sent. The email will also NOT be used for further marketing purposes or similar.

The account of the customer remains and the data are visible for the customer at any time. If the customer wants to delete the own account, a short e-mail including the used e-mail address in the created account must be sent to info@lead.berlin. Then the account and all personal data will be deleted.
