Strategic Doing leads to real action - fast. This approach has teams design projects based on assets they already control, making every outcome immediately doable without the need to wait for approvals or gather more resources.
In the face of a complex challenge—like leading change—you bring together 5 to 7 people from different parts of your organization. You start by asking an appreciative question and sharing your assets, e.g., skills, connections, tools, experience, etc. These are then combined into new possibilities that no one person could’ve created alone.
