Complex challenges require a new way of working together. Let’s start here.
We’re excited to invite you to the launch of the Strategic Doing Hub Germany—hosted by LEAD Forward, a new home for action-oriented collaboration in the DACH region.
Thursday, 19th of June 2025
5:00 pm to 7:30 pm (CEST)
Strategic Doing leads to real action - fast. This approach has teams design projects based on assets they already control, making every outcome immediately doable without the need to wait for approvals or gather more resources.
In the face of a complex challenge—like leading change—you bring together 5 to 7 people from different parts of your organization. You start by asking an appreciative question and sharing your assets, e.g., skills, connections, tools, experience, etc. These are then combined into new possibilities that no one person could’ve created alone.
Scott Hutcheson, Strategic Doing co-founder and global expert in collaborative leadership, is flying in from the U.S. to lead this interactive session.
If you’re navigating complexity — across teams, silos, or sectors — Scott is the person you want to learn from.
He’s not just a co-author of “Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership”. He’s a senior lecturer at Purdue University, and a sought-after thought leader who knows how to make strategy actionable.
Come and join us on June 19 @ LEAD HQ in Berlin!
